Looking back at Yitoa for more than 20 years, what comes up most in my mind is the experience and insights gained from setbacks; I am full of gratitude for living in such a great era; I am full of gratitude for building a stronger self in the midst of trials and tribulations, and I am grateful to Yitoa's partners and friends who have stood firm and walked along with me through thick and thin.
“Peer dreaming, fear nothing” is my original intention of founding Yitoa, ‘perseverance, idealism’ is my belief all the way forward, which is also the gene of Yitoa.
“The assortment of flowers is dazzling to the sight, young grass barely grows to cover horse-hoof.” I have been running the business for more than twenty years, and Yitoa has been listed for more than ten years. When the company develop, management and corporate culture of the construction did not keep up, the company's vigorous vigor weakened corroded the basis of our competition. As if Sisyphus in the myth of the hardships and confusion, now seems to be nothing more than the company's growth period of rebellion, is a stronger hammering in our lessons, we have to reorganize the strategy and start again.
The accomplishments and setbacks of the past two decades have made us who we are today, and as we look to the next two decades, the trend of technology and business moving forward is as inevitable as gravity. What we saw before was the product, but what we see now is the process. Funds will flow with attention, and if you can attract attention, you will have profits, and the ultimate value of attention is still supported by technology and products. The core of sharing is collaboration, the only way we can stop failing is to keep learning, lifelong learning.
We want to create another brilliant, the company's strategy has been very clear, the company's organization and management has been reengineered, the corporate culture is being reshaped, the assessment of incentives need to be “partnership system” to establish: “reward diligence” and “elimination of leisure”.
Mr. Yangming said: “If you want to see flowers, you should take flowers as good and grass as bad. If you want to use the grass, the grass is good again.” Treat people and affairs, we need to remove the heart of selfish desires and distractions, that will make things easier.
We hold together with a grateful heart. Our perseverance, our unity, our wisdom is the magic weapon to overcome difficulties all the way forward.
